YES YES YES to this Irish Pub. The Irish Stew Is The Star! I'm gonna say that this place is Historic To The Area... It's got really good vibes and all the people that frequent this fine establishment make the place. They are all so friendly. The staff is straight up hired from Ireland, giving this place a more authentic feel. Beer, Food & Good Times. Thank You, Emmet!!!

This place is casual, fun, and has all the Irish classics, such as the Taste of Ireland which was so fun, with shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, and a beef stew, and of course has some good beer. We loved their fish and chips. Possibly one of the best I've ever had. Crispy batter, fresh cod, generous portion, great fries, tasty tartar sauce. Can't go wrong with that one. Staff was very nice, and they had a special milk cup for kids which we really appreciated since we have a toddler. Great place to watch a game, have a pint, or hang out with friends or family.

Food was excellent. Try the sampler. Bar staff was fabulous, particularly on a rather crowded, boisterous Thursday evening.

Stumbled in with my wife and son when we needed to get some nourishment, especially for the 6-year-old. Friendly servers here and a nice old-school pub atmosphere, though a bit too loud for my taste (the students one table over where screaming over each other for over an hour). Food was decent, the drinks were very reasonably priced and there were some nice toddies in addition to the usual fare.

Came here recently for a work related happy hour, expecting to just eat some light appetizers , but atmosphere and food / drink was so good we made it dinner instead. Loved the Guinness on tap with the authentic glass, and thought the appetizers were well done especially the very crispy and cheesy potato skins. Nothing gourmet but gets the job done efficiently and location is convenient as well. Service was attentive and friendly as also throughout even though we ordered multiple times.

Great little Irish pub with a decent beer selection and pretty good food. We tried a combination of appetizers. The clam chowder, soft pretzel and mozzarella sticks were all delicious. The fried pickles were adequate. Just wasn't a lot to them. The Guinness was well poured and went nicely with the pub atmosphere. The wait staff were all attentive and polite.

Violin playing when we walked in, very friendly waitstaff, bar tender was sweet and gave great service! Got a Guinness from the tap was delicious, Shepard pie was superb, really flavorful and big enough to share. The bar itself is a typical Boston bar, nostalgic and fun

After our walking tour in Boston we decided to forgo our picnic lunch and do lunch at a restaurant during hours that may be easier to get a seat. Emmet's was absolutely delicious and we loved the old pub feel! We definitely recommend!
